Service Description

We assist in respect of any dispute, be it purely to advise regarding the applicable law or the best way of dealing with a dispute in order to attain expeditious solutions without entering into great deals of cost. We will only recommend litigation if there is no other way of solving a dispute and then we will properly advise you as to likelihood of success, risks, costs and the like, enabling you to make an informed decision about the way forward. ​ We deal with all types of litigation in civil matters to criminal matters. ​ We do both Magistrate’s court matters and High Court matters as well as any appeal process emanating therefrom.
